As another school year rolls around, you're probably busy buying school supplies and clothes, scheduling after-school activities and generally rushing around.  In your rush to get your children ready for school, though, it's important to remember to ensure their health with a back-to-school checkup.

Now St. Luke's Pediatric Center makes those checkups even easier to schedule, with a new clinic at 1640 Valencia Street, Suite 203.  The newly renovated suite with four examination rooms supplements the existing pediatric clinic in Suite 102 in the same building.

Pediatricians Dr. Sareena Jaspal and Dr. Julia Getzelman, as well as Nurse Practitioner Janis Mandac-Dy, provide a full range of pediatric services in the new clinic space.  The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, closing for lunch between noon and 1 PM.

Patients who come in for a checkup or a tour of the new facility during September will receive a special St. Luke's "Kids Kit," with a growth chart, colorful school book covers and a fingerprinting kit.
