From the Front Desk in the hospital lobby...
1580 Building/Monteagle Medical Center
• Go down the block on Valencia (the length of the hospital complex)
• 1580 Building is on the right at the end of the block
-OR-
• Take the elevator to the second or fourth floor
• Turn right as you exit the elevator
• Go down the corridor until you reach another set of elevators
Parking Garage
• Go up the ramp and take the elevator to the second floor
• Exit through the automatic doors and walk down the ramp
• Cross the ambulance parking lot and walk through the walkway between the
• MRI and the Hartzell building
• Walk down the steps and under the awning into the Garage
-OR-
• Take the elevator to the second floor
• Turn right as you exit the elevator
• Go down the corridor past the chapel until you reach another set of elevators
• Take the elevator to the 1st Floor. On your left as you exit the building is a pathway to the Garage.
The Cafeteria
• Take the elevator to the second floor
• Turn left
Business Services/Cashier Office
• Go past the information desk in the lobby, located directly across from the elevators
Medical Records - 1st Floor
• Go to the top of the ramp, Medical Records is the first door on the right
